1 King: Account Rules Summary
This page condenses the terms of 1 King into a quick read. The complete wording is kept on the Terms and Conditions page of the site. Last revision: 21 April 2026.
Opening a 1 King account means agreeing to these terms, so a read-through before sign-up is worthwhile. Players must be 18 or older.
Who May Play and How Accounts Work
The platform serves adults only. At registration a checkbox confirms both the 18+ status and the offer agreement. Four points shape every 1 King account:
- One player holds one account (clause 5.1.7).
- Creating or running several accounts at once is strictly banned.
- Login data is confidential and may not be handed over (clause 5.1.8).
- Transferring or sharing an account with someone else is not permitted.
When these points are ignored, the operator may place restrictions on the account.
Bonus Terms in Brief
Clause 5.2 governs 1 King promotions. Each offer carries its own conditions, and no universal wagering multiplier is published. The table lists the recurring principles.

Exact conditions appear on the sign-up form and on each bonus card, so this summary gives no fixed figure for 1 King offers.
Identity Checks and Payouts
Cash-outs open only once identity checks are finished. Phone confirmation is mandatory. A colour copy of a passport or ID card is requested, and a driving licence or proof of address may follow on request.
Before any 1 King payout, complete these three steps:
- Verify the phone number.
- Verify the e-mail address.
- Make a first real-money deposit.
Funds leave by the same route they arrived. Moving money between payment systems is not possible. An account that fails verification can see its bets cancelled and itself blocked.
A video check also exists, held with a specialist in a language agreed beforehand. Support suggests wagering at least 100% of a fresh deposit, which is a tip separate from bonus terms.
Dormant Accounts
After 12 months without activity, a monthly management fee may be charged once 30 more days pass (clause 3.7). It touches positive balances only. A zero balance is never charged.
Countries Where the Service Is Closed
Some regions cannot use 1 King. Clause 2.1.8 names these:
- North Korea
- Myanmar
- The Kingdom of the Netherlands
- The Russian Federation
- Sint Maarten
- Syria
- Ukraine (occupied areas such as Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson included)
- Cyprus (north and south)
- The United Kingdom
- The USA
This is not a closed list, and players from other countries may be turned away as well. Check your own position before registering.
Law and Contact
The terms are subject to the law of Curaçao, and the courts of Curaçao hold exclusive jurisdiction over disputes (clause 15). This applies equally to every player.
